I have very little knowledge of Quickbooks, and that knowledge dates back to 1993 (so it was basically worth nothing except name recognition). Tatyana A. taught me much about QBO, so a HUGE thank you to her and her Ukraine team. Her responses are always timely, accurate, and explain more than was asked for, which I totally appreciate. And, they are proactive, not reactive. In other words … I rely on them, trust them, they make my job easy. And of course, I can’t say enough about their professionalism and commitment.
